F3i Welcomes Two New Directors to its Team

F3 Innovate (F3i) is excited to welcome two new directors to its staff; Nathan Dorn, Director of Director of Industry Relations; and Ryan Dinubilo, Director of Innovation.

Nathan Dorn, Director of Director of Industry Relations

As Director of Industry Relations, Nathan helps accelerate the adoption of agricultural technologies through education, competition, training, funding, and partnerships between farmers and technologists. In this role, he contributes to advancing the $30 billion agricultural economy of California’s Central Valley, supporting the people who provide America’s fruits, vegetables, wines, nuts, fiber, dairy, and beef.

Previously, Nathan served as Business Development Lead at Farm-ng, taking the company from zero to 200 robotic systems in market during its first two years, and as CEO of Food Origins, a data science and capture startup in specialty crops. Earlier roles include Director of Knowledge and Innovation at Reiter Berry Farms, Technical Manager for Gallo Coastal Vineyards and Wineries, engineering positions at Pepsi Cola Bottling and Etamic Movomatic, and five years of service in the U.S. Navy as a Nuclear Machinist Mate aboard the USS Omaha (SSN 692). Raised on a Nebraska farm, he also spent his early years as a custom wheat harvest crewmember.

He is active in the agtech community through IoT4Ag, ASABE, the Monterey County Farm Bureau, California Ag Leadership, and has represented U.S. agriculture in delegations to the Netherlands, Japan, and Argentina. Nathan has also spoken at leading forums including the World Ag Expo, EcoFarm, the Forbes AgTech Summit, RoboUniverse, and the Unified Winegrape Symposium.

Ryan Dinubilo, Director of Innovation

As F3i's new Director of Innovation, Ryan is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a wide array of high-impact programs and strategic initiatives. His role focuses on coordinating with academic partners to foster commercialization, innovation and entrepreneurship, and harnessing the creativity of students, faculty, and researchers to help them translate their agtech ideas into market-ready products.

Ryan is a technologist, builder, and venture advisor with over eight years of experience at the intersection of engineering, data, and venture innovation. With a background in physics and mathematics, he brings a systems-level approach to building technology and organizations that scale. He began his career by founding Integral Labs, a venture platform exploring applications of software, data, and automation across industries. That work led to collaborations in enterprise healthcare, where he managed electronic health records and data systems at Livingston Community Health - leading interoperability, compliance, and automation initiatives that streamlined operations and improved efficiency.

Ryan later became a Founding Partner at Tesserakt Ventures, advising and investing in early-stage technology companies, including local ag-tech ventures across California's Central Valley. He has also served as a Senior Engineering Advisor to ventures in robotics, AI, and cloud platforms, guiding teams in execution, architecture, and scaling strategies.
