More than 165,000 visitors from around the world gathered in Sacramento between September 26-28, 2025 for Terra Madre Americas - a vibrant celebration of slow food and community. Hosted by F3 Local, CAFF, UCANR, and other partners, the "A Taste of California" pavilion brought the Central Valley to an international stage with cooking demos, vendor booths, local product tastings, and more.
