The AgTEC Career Fair is a chance for students to showcase those skills and connect directly with local employers who are hiring. From agriculture operations and food production to emerging roles in ag technology, this event helps bridge the gap between training and employment. It also offers employers a unique opportunity to meet a pipeline of motivated, trained individuals who are ready to step into the workforce and contribute on day one.

AgTEC Workforce is designed to prepare students for the future of agriculture by offering an Ag Systems Certificate through local community colleges. This program equips students with practical, job-ready skills across the ag value chain, including equipment operation, irrigation systems, data and technology applications, workplace safety, and problem-solving in real-world agricultural settings. Built in collaboration with industry partners, the program is competency-based, meaning students demonstrate what they know through hands-on assessments—making them highly prepared and immediately valuable to employers.
