We are thrilled to announce that Cesar Lucio has been appointed as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of F3 Innovate. In this critical role, Cesar will lead the development and implementation of operational strategies, systems, and processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. Working closely with CEO Priscilla Koepke, Cesar will align F3 Innovate’s operational priorities with its overarching strategic goals, driving the success of this dynamic 501(c)(3) nonprofit. He previously served as F3’s Regional Economic Competitiveness Officer (RECO), where his leadership and dedication were instrumental in advancing the initiative’s economic goals.
In his prior F3 role through the Central Valley Community Foundation (CVCF), Cesar was responsible for providing coordination for the initiative to establish the structure needed to support collective impact. He has 25+ years of experience in community development in multicultural settings, collaborating as a board/executive committee member with various organizations including non-profits. Cesar's areas of development experience include business, international trade, manufacturing, operations, education and humanitarian. Cesar holds a Bachelor's degree in accounting from Valle del Bravo University in Mexico, and a Master of Business Management from Phoenix University. He also holds a John Maxwell Team International Leadership Certification. In his spare time, Cesar enjoys spending time with his family and is passionate about cooking.Â
